Beautiful clean room. Melissa and Francois were extremely helpful and friendly. All the good reviews are true except the food at the trattoria downstairs is very poor. Skip it. Had a nice meal and great wine at Cavour 313 a few doors down from the hotel. Really close to all attractions. A huge plus is the no young children policy.... more
