This hotel is lovely, comfortable, central and great views. Helpful friendly staff including the night porter who insisted I have an espresso before we left early! The walls are thin though, as others have said and we were right below the breakfast room which meant chairs scraping above us from early in the day (even before breakfast started at 7.30am).... more

I am just back from 4 days stay in Hotel Mavino. The room was excellent, the breakfast was good, but it is the staff attitude that is stand out. In all excellent hotels it is obvious when the staff are happy because they provide a hospitable and welcoming atmosphere for the guests, and this is certainly the case here. Hats... more
