This is a hotel about 5 minutes walk from Giglio and San Marco (Vallaresso) vaporetto stops, and both routes involve crossing a small bridge to get there in case you have wheelchairs/heavy suitcases/etc. It is 5 minutes' walk from Piazza San Marco, and the street is lined with expensive fashionable stores too. As expected in Venice, our room was tiny - just about fitted two single beds, two lockers and a TV. Just returned from a 3 night stay at this great hotel. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. The decor of the hotel is very venetian and comfortable. The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with a beautiful bathroom and very comfortable bed. We can't say enough about this wonderful, beautiful hotel right in the centre of San Marco! We spent 3 fabulous days here in room #206.
