Sited on a quiet canalside location near the very lovely San Sebastion church. It had the benefit of access to lovely little trattoria like Bitte, charming side streets and a 10min walk to two different stops for the water bus. Paula on reception was charming and helpful without being obtrusive. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. more

This is a nice hotel situated in a quiet area of Venice but is only a two minute walk to the front. It's approx 10 minutes to St Marcs Square. we loved the quiet but centric location we loved the huge and quiet room we loved the big bathroom with big bath and shower we loved the breakfast in the lovely gardens only thing the air conditioning in the building was a bit too cold for me (luckyly we could control the room temperature, so it wasn't an issue) more
