Stayed three nights in November. The hotel is conveniently placed out of the very centre of the city next to the main rail and bus station. Walking to the Uffizzi takes about 20 minutes not hurrying. You are 5 minutes from Il Duome etc. Room was a bit tired and some of the fittings were coming off the wall but... more
Just across the road from the train station, 5-10 minutes walk from the Duomo, and just round the corner from the bus station. Very convenient if you are on the Terravision bus. Lots of work going on outside laying tram lines, but the hotel is well insulated and the work only goes on in the daytime. Rooms are clean and... more
This was a decent hotel, and we were very grateful for their free internet and 5 pcs to choose from since I had forgotten to pack my recharger. The breakfast was also quite good, well cooked scrambled eggs and an okay selection of other things. During our stay, there was a ton of construction going on at their front facing... more
It is right across the road from Santa Novelli train station & withing 10 minutes walk to all the major attractions. We had a 1st floor room which was VERY clean & very large. The only downside was that the street noise was very audible from the room which was very noisy. The staff were ok, but not very welcoming.... more
Upgraded free of charge to a top floor room witha grand rooftop view, thoroughly entertaining people watching the Florentines from above.Hotel very clean and handy being central, excellent stay. more

The rate I bought said "upgraded" room, which I was skeptical about but figured couldn't lose at that rate. GOOD - VERY close to the train station.... more
We booked this hotel as part of a "build your own" trip through Gate 1 travel. This hotel had a fantastic location-VERY close to the main bus station and easy to walk to. We arrived early and our room was not ready, so they locked up our luggage in a storage room so it would be safe while we went... more
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the room was big, very comfortable, clean and we had a computer in our room, which we found very useful to plan the rest of our trip! The people at the reception were very kind and helpful, we felt very pleased to have chosen this hotel. more
Hotel was easy to find and right beside the train station. We were able to book in earlier than the minimum check in time. Room was a good size. The A/C worked but we were unable to open the window blinds so we couldnt see the view. Bathroom was clean but we were unable to close the shower door so... more
