Delightful building and location for visiting Lucca. Rooms excellent and housekeeping very good. Met on arrival by gentleman who was very polite and welcoming. We stayed there for a night in late April. The room is good and clean and breakfast fine. But it is very noisy from the traffic, even late to the night and even with a room in the back. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, you should avoid this place. more

We had an excellent stay, the first day we relaxed for a while in the large room with the very Italian and sparkling clean green and white tile bathroom. Our room faced the main street and was very noisy. There is no elevator and no one to help us with our bags.
