Booked rooms at this hotel due to a conference. Found the staff friendly, but that was about the only thing positive I could say. The rooms were "run down" looking, only the lobby of the hotel was nice. The food was very expensive, not worth the price. I would not go back. more

Wonderful stay in Basel! Excellent staff and breakfast; nice clean rooms and the location was very good, too. Free tram tickets made traveling very easy to manage. Our kids also loved the pool as well. more

It really depends on what you want. My room was modern, absolutely clean and with all the facilities you expect - ironing, tea/coffee machines...
