Hotel Seidenhof is in an excellent but noisy location in the centre of Zurich. Easy access to shops and railway station. Our room was spacious enough and well appointed. I stayed here with my family of 4 a while ago. Since the kids are small we asked for adjoining rooms. My husband and I ended up way down the hall from each other. The hallways were absolutely horrid. The rooms were old and ugly. The bathrooms were disgusting. What more can I say? Just avoid it. Two good points...... more

This place is well located, along the Bahnhofstrasse and a short walk to the hauptbahnhof. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel staff are also very accomodating and friendly, one of the better experiences I've had in Europe. I highly recommend this place. more
