We stayed at this hotel for two nights. I wanted something nice and really central so that we could walk everywhere. You can't do more central than that! If you're not a mega millionaire, the Schweizerhof Hotel Zurich is one of those places worth splurging for. The place exudes class and as long as you've got yourself in the proper psyche state and attitude, you'll be treated with respect and deference. I booked this hotel as a result of reading rave reviews on tripadvisor... Well, I actually was not thrilled (but it was ok in general). The service at the check-in was mediocre (and long) and there are major stains on all carpets in the hallways (the interior needs a facelift!).
