We stayed at a Novotel because we had used the chain before and it is a known quantity. The hotel itself is very modern and offers internet connections in the lobby free if you have your laptop. otherwise they have a computer for which they charge. we opted for the internet no change no refund special, which had problems because... more

Stayed here for five nights in mid February. The hotel is not central to Maastricht but is convenient for the Exhibition and Conference Centre. The hotel makes up for its location by providing a shuttle service to the town centre and the conference facilities.
