I've stayed at this hotel at least 3 times this year, which means it's not bad. However, it's nothing outstanding either. The main reason for staying here is that it's very close to the WTC (10 minutes walk) and the prices are reasonable (100 Euro/night on average). It's true - the carpets are a little tired, and the rooms are not the most spacious I've ever experienced, but that will not put me off making further bookings here.
