The hotel Vondel is a good 20/25 minute walk from the station but perfectly situated in a nice area near to the Liedesplein which is full of bars, shops and places to eat. I loved the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to lots of clubs, restaurants and that amazing park. The museums are walkable too. The rooms are hip and trendy. Most important- the bathroom is clean and modern. They are tight and a bit cramped. Try to stay on a high floor. more
