Weve just returned...Really good hotel-friendly staff, clean bathroom (we had a shared one), comfortable beds, NOT smelly duvet and pillows...and building-you need to explore the exhibition, try to open and see as much as you can-you will be surprised! there is a lift but try at least once use stairs. Lloyd is a fun and different experience. The rebuildt prison has lots of surprises, and I`ve never stayed in a hotelroom thats anything like this. Well...we actually never SLEPT at the Lloyd Hotel, because the instant we saw our room, we literally walked out (and checked out). I am usually careful to give only one star to the absolute worst of hotels. This one definitely earns it. Granted, I only booked this hotel because we had a rate from the conference I was attending.
