We stayed here for three nights in Feb and it was perfect. The room was 2 mins walk from the owners shop, in a lovely area. It was self-contained with it's own entrance, and cosily kitted out. The owners were really friendly, they gave us advice on local sights and happily looked after our bags all day on the day... more

We will absolutly choose truelove everytime when we are in Amsterdam. there is no reason for us to choose other places. Wonderful appt, service and nice owner. We 3 girls really had a great time in Amsterdam basically because first we chose this guesthouse. We were the lucky ones! Thanks for everything! more

We were so delighted with this gem of a place! Met by Nellson at Centraal Station, less than 5 minute walk to a self-contained apartment which was spacious, authentic, had everything we needed in it (even a hairdryer so i coulda saved space in my bag!!!) Stayed on the middle level with double bed. The place was OK. One of the owners seemed to be annoyed that we were half an hour late, which was the fault of British Airways. Very central and quite but better places can easily be found. Bric-a-brac shop in the basement. more
