Amsterdam is one of my favorite cities, but this is probably my least favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. The other reviews are right on. The hotel is clean, the staff is very dutch (efficent and helpful when asked). Althounght it is a gay friendly hotel, non gay people are welcome. Best deal comparing price and quality!, specially if you take into account that Amsterdam's hotels are really expensive. It is well located and have a friendly stafff. Worst issue: you almost need climbing apparel to climb so narrow an step stairs, no lift. more
