I have just got back from 3 nights at the damrak Inn. The hotel itself is ok - basic but that's what you expect for a 2 star hotel. HOWEVER - everyone in my group is covered in bites. Strongly believe them to be from bed bugs. Not nice at all. My hand is twice the size it should be... more

Do not trust what you see on pictures! this hotel is very very small!! you even feel embarresed just to go in the front door! rooms are tiny and there is no elevator you have to carry the luggage to your room with small and steep stairs! nobody even tries to help you to carry your luggage from the staff.... more

We booked 2 twin rooms in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is tiny, the stairs are practically vertical and there is no lift. Our rooms were on the 5th floor of the building. The rooms seemed adequate at first....in line with what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. There were no towels in our rooms though... more

Great location situated on Damrak close to central station and all landmarks. Above a chip shop....smell. In-undated with mice everywhere-unpleasant. Tony and Mark (receptionists) were scared of them!!! Strange smells around....get my gist. What more can I say..... Would not recommend it although staff very friendly and helpful. more
