Sheraton heathrow has a rack rate of GBP 240 for their rooms, a sign says in the reception. I paid GBP 99, tax and breakfast included. I got a friendly checkin, a renovated Club room and lounge access. The room´s walls are very thin and everything in the corridor is heard. Ask for a room well away from the elevators... more

We were given a club room & LOVED it! Beautiful room with four-star appointments, nice bathroom, very comfy bed, flat screen TV, etc. Restaurant was pricey, but good. Our cab ride to/from Heathrow was only 10 pounds and took just 5 minutes to/from Terminal 1. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were very professional & polite. A GREAT choice... more

An acceptable hotel within 15 minutes of Terminal 3 at London Heathrow Airport. Our room was small and the air conditioner did not worked well. It needs an upgrade. Not a 4 stars hotel. Good if you get it at a reasonable price and only for a one night stop. more

Let's face it. When you fork out to stay at the Sheraton you expect a reasonable standard. We stay at their hotels often and have come to expect a high standard of service but at this one it was seriously lacking. As "Starwood Preferred Guests" you can usually get access to the members lounge and extra's like free cocktails etc.... more
