We contacted the property three weeks ahead of our stay and confirmed a double room. Just two days before flying to Italy, Delizia Estense calls to say that the room is no longer available. They offer to arrange a room in another bed and breakfast; but we prefer to make our own reservation based on reviews and not their needs.... more
