Wow!!!!!.We had a suite here,The Chateau Latour Suite and on opening the windows in the bedroom looked directly out to two waterfalls,what a setting!.We had a gourmet dinner here and were not dissappointed,sitting outside on the terrace with the waterfalls in the background.Brantome is a charming town and is completely surrounded by water.We just LOVED it here. more

Stayed 2 nights, when we arrived our car was parked for us, the reception staff were very friendly indeed. Our room in the mill overlooking the river could not have been better. Very average for a R&C property. Overpriced with a restaurant that was less than memorable considering the 280E price. Find another location. Hotel les Griffons is nearby and a third of the price and in an equally charming setting. more
