This is a 3 star rated establishment. The hotels rooms are three star and pretty basic, but travellers are not here to stay in teh bedroom. What a wonderful place to stay. It is small enough to be friendly and intimate, but big enough to give you all you could wish for in an hotel. We stayed at the hotel Souleil ‘Or for 7 nights in March 2006, booked directly with the hotel. The hotel was very well managed and the service by all staff was very polite and professional. The excellent evening meals were 4 or 5 courses from a set menu (with an occasional buffet course) and breakfast was a well presented buffet.... more
