On a positive the room was fine and it was quiet so no problems sleeping. Meal time was a nightmare. After a long day in the park a relaxing meal would have been great - The food was cold, the self service was so crowded trying to carry trays and manage with small childen was virtualy impossible. The dining area... more

Just back from a 4 night stay in Disneyland Resort Paris, we arrived after after 5pm and had no problem checking in, we stayed in the Billy the Kid block of rooms. Our room was clean and fine for myself, my husband and 4yr old daughter. Breakfast is a bit of a challenge as the French, Spanish and Italian don't... more

We stayed at this hotel as we booked just one week before we left and Sequoia Lodge was fully booked. We previously stayed at the Santa Fe and really didn't want to go back there so was happy to book the Cheyenne to keep costs down! I was really impressed with the hotel - we were checked in very quickly... more

Stayed at Cheyenne 31/8 to 3/9 2008 with our 3 year old son had a very pleasant stay. Hotel room clean, maid service daily - towels changed every day. Did not experience any of the queues at reception, maybe because we arrived on a quiet day (Sunday). Reception staff very helpful, spoke good english. I had the misfortune to loose... more

The Cheyenne is a disney budget hotel and rated 2 star (there is no pool). Considering the rating and the fact I have never stayed in a 2 star hotel before (usually 4 star) I was pleasantly surprised! I stayed here with my six year old son for 3 nights. Hotel room was clean and pleasant and the cowboy themed... more

I went to Disneyland Paris in early January 2007 with my college, for science lectures. The lectures were held over the 3 days we stayed there and held in a large tent at the edge of the Main Disneyland Park, with one lecture a day and lasting only an hour, it left us the rest of these days to go... more

The Hotel or should I say Motel, is 20 mintues walk to the park. Reception was a mad house when we arrived, the three flights from Spain had landed. The rooms were far away from reception, but the Porters were really great bringing the bags to our room and to reception when we left. Breakfast was a mad house and... more

We have been to Disneyland Paris 3 times and this time decided to try the Hotel Cheyenne, although the price was the same as Sante Fe we picked Cheyenne as it had more amenities. This was our first visit in July and although it was busy, the 2 hour extra hours that come with staying in a Disney hotel made... more

The rooms itself are clean and done-up in the wild-west style, alongwith a robust bunk-bed. The choice of channels are limited to Disney and CNN and there’s no staff to lug your bags from the reception (one building) to your room (a few blocks down, another building). Why can’t they organize a buggy service ? Kids however will notice none... more
