The hotel is located close to the ferry / boat terminal (useful if you arrive from/headed to Bodo or on the Hurtigruten), but about a 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. The location seems to be a quasi-industrial area (though the newest attraction- Magic Ice has opened just behind it), so while the views/atmosphere aren't great, rooms are... more

Our room was large and clean but had a view of a canal and a factory. It also did not have adequate curtains in the 'Land of the Midnight Sun.'
