The hotel was a bit difficult to find at night, but once we got settled, we found ourselves in a very elegant establishment. We had a regular double and a junior suite, and both rooms were very nice. The suite had a bathroom with a full-size massaging shower, while the regular double had a tub. The bed was large (probably... more

Above-average 3-star hotel. We had to book a "junior suite" (i.e. a large room) as the hotel was block-booked by a Porsche-owners' convention one night. This room was a little over-priced. The food was imaginative and excellent, though again a little expensive and not necessarily what you would choose after a hard day's walking in the beautiful countryside around. One... more

Got back last week from 3 nights here on a trip to see the Millau Vaduct. Would thoroughly recommend this place if you want to see the Viaduct which is about 20 minutes (scenic) drive away or just for a trip in the Gorges Du Tarn area. The hotel is right on an emerald green river in a steep, beautiful... more

We chose this hotel because of it's close location to the Millau viaduct and because it looked lovely on the website. We were not disappointed. The location is peaceful on the side of a deep gorge (our room overlooked this lovely view). The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and our room was spacious and confortable. Customer service and attitude of... more

When The Cyclists Touring Club opened the first hotel on this site in 1896 - it was all about location. Location is still the strongest asset of this stylish contemporary property, making the most of its setting in The Gorge du Tarn, with spacious outdoor areas, a terrace and deck area, private beach, gardens and pool. Rooms are modern, comfortable,... more

This charming and elegant hotel was a delightful surprise. It is modern but fits into its location as if it were always there. The location is central to all the sights of the most impressive Gorge du Tarn without busloads of tourists parking in front of the door. Our room was spacious with a unique window facing the gorge that... more

We spent 3 nights here in April 2007 in one of the “classique” rooms (i.e. one of the small, inexpensive ones). It looked exactly like the pictures on the website - classy, minimalist, modern. And, by the standards of French hotel rooms, it was quite a reasonable size. But the best thing about it was the little balcony and the... more

Overnighted at this hotel in September 2006. The setting is beautiful. We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor which was more like a suite with a good sized living area and large bathroom. There was also a balcony with table and chairs and the view from here was lovely. The room was very quiet and the... more

Can be difficult to get to, particularly if you take the wrong motorway exit as we did. It was a scenic but very tortuous drive to get there. Hotel itself was in a lovely setting on the banks of a river. We stayed on the top floor and the room was very spacious and modern with a beutiful view over... more

I stayed here a few years ago en route back from Spain and wish I'd stayed longer. The hotel is situated down in the Gorge du Tarn and can only be reached by a narrow winding road - all very secretive and out of the way. Acommodation in the new wing is a bit 'sixty-ish but the rooms are comfortable... more
