Went over New Year with 12 friends.Far,far better than a hotel.The ballroom is just like a club,deep leather chairs.Location is perfect.In a very quiet area of Sydney but ideal for the tram (10 min),bus (20min) or even walk (40 min)And there are plenty of cheap restaurants close by including the Toxteth pub more
