I was put into a smoking room on the 3rd floor "temporarily" after paying $30 for early room check in since it was "all they had open". I was then shown three different rooms over the course of 7 1/2 hrs. The first one was at the bottom of the air shaft, so I asked if I could have one... more

I stayed at the Club Quarters in Washington D.C. in January of 2007. The room was a nice size, comforatable and clean. The rooms were very modern, not outdated at all. Very secure, you needed your room key to get onto the elevators which made me feel safe. I read many bad reviews about this hotel, but I had a... more

I stayed in the Club Quarters for 1 week in Mar 07 with two business colleagues. WARNING: Construction is going on next door and starts at 7am. If you want to sleep late this is NOT the hotel for you. The rooms have been updated and the room itself was very nice (I had a Directors Room). See pics Bath:... more

Its a decent hotel. Staff are courteous. I did not have any problems as such. I had a nice room with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a microwave, a fridge (not a bar fridge), an LCD TV. Laundry service was good (average price by hotel standards). The gym was small and stuffy (barely used it). Could have done with... more

Rooms are small in this business oriented hotel. However, it is basically on top of two subway lines. Very convenient location, otherwise quite bare bones. Tom Used [----]. for reservations more

As noted in the other reviews, this is a good hotel for business travelers. It is clean and well-located. The rooms, although small, are adequate for one person. BUT the beds are not large enough for a tall person (5'10" or taller). Even though beds are described as "queen" size, they seem to be smaller than normal doubles. I found... more

This was an amazing hotel and an unbelievable value. Their premise was to design a hotel perfect for business/experienced travelers... Incredible location (Around the corner from the Metropolitan CLub, the World Bank, the White House, museums, etc)... the room was very comfortable... great bed... down covers... plasma TV... contemporary decor... clean... more than enough room for us... staff was amazing...... more

The hotel in itself is all right: great location, within a walking distance from the main attractions in downtown DC. The rooms are fairly small, but I guess that you don't go to DC to stay locked in your hotel, do you? The only MAJOR problem whe had is that the clerck coldly told us upon arrival that our fully... more

I travel a lot and stayed here on business. The hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful, the adjoining restaurant has excellent service and food, and the location couldn't be better. The hotel is steps from the Farragut West Metro stop. Yes, the room is small, but it's efficiently designed, as is the bathroom. Plumbing was modern, linens were excellent,... more

Club Quarters hotels are geared toward business travelers and all tend to have small rooms. This hotel is not for those who want a posh hotel experience. However, if you are planning on spending most of your time out of the room sightseeing and only need a comfy bed in which to sleep, this is a great choice. I had... more
