The Embassy Circle is a real gem in Washington. We travel a great deal, sleeping in many foreign beds throughout the year. Being with you and your staff was inviting, helpful, and warmly welcoming in a very rare way. We even learned a few new memorable thoughts. Your attention to detail and the comforts of the room are what one... more

I have just returned from a week-long stay at this wonderful guest house located in Dupont circle in the Northwest sector of Washington DC. The location is fantastic, and the B&B itself is beautiful inside and out. What really makes one’s stay special are the proprietors who are unbelievably welcoming and always keen to help. The neighbourhood has great restaurants... more

My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Circle Guest House for three nights and we were sad to leave. The owners, Raymond and Laura Saba as well as their staff, Ingrid and Nelly made us feel right at home. We enjoyed seeing the Saba's and the other guests at breakfast every morning and sometimes in the afternoons for wine... more

It’s very hard to describe the unforgettable experience at Embassy Circle in a few lines. Having traveled in various locations and discovered different hotels and bed & breakfasts, nothing so far compares to the comfort and hospitality we found at the Embassy Circle. We arrived during a rainy and cold day and from the first moment stepped through the Embassy... more

I was in Washington DC May 4-8, 2008 to attend a conference. Embassy Circle Inn is located close to Du Pont Circle and the Metro so it was safe and easy to get around. The Inn is a lovingly restored former embassy and beautifully furnished. The artwork itself is worth a visit. Raymond and Laura, the owners, go above and... more

Great location, in a safe quiet neighborhood. Wonderful accommodations and great staff and innkeepers. The location near DuPont Circle and the Metro meant for easy navigation during our stay. The recommendations for restaurants were fabulous, but if Raymond is cooking or BBQ’ ing make sure you stay and eat with the family. No matter what: make sure to make time... more

We love the Woodley Park Guest House and have stayed there often, so we were excited to learn about the new location near Dupont Circle. The new Embassy Circle Guest House is beautiful. The renovation is very successful. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The common rooms are lovely - beautifully detailed and carefully restored. Breakfasts are excellent... more

I happened on this B&B by chance when there were no chain hotel rooms available and they were referred by the conference hotel. Location is convenient to transportation but within walking distance to many sights. Right near the Embassies, and with parking. But the most valuable asset is the accomodation and by far the owners. Personable but not intrusive, open... more

We have stayed at quite a few B&B’s and guesthouses around the world. Embassy Circle is at the top of the list. The warm welcome by Laura and Raymond and staff was overwhelming. Laura has an amazing memory. She introduced us to all the other guests as they entered and departed. This led to a sharing of ideas on restaurants... more

We absolutely loved our stay at the Embasy Circle. The location is superb. Walking distance to the Metro. The location is charming and perfectly safe as the B & B is located right on embassy row. The building is a beautiful, meticulously renovated embassy building. The rooms are neat and welcoming. The Sabas go the extra mile to get to... more
