We stayed at the Lemon Tree for three nights. I thought that the room would be big enough for my husband, son, and I but it only had one bed and no sofa sleeper like I had thought that I had booked. So, they said that they would upgrade our room the following night for just $28.00. The next room... more

Great customer service...each of the employees did everything they could to meet our needs. Very impressed. Our family of four stayed in one of the lower suites facing the pool that has a kitchen, pullout couch, and bedroom. The extra space was nice for our extended stay. We used the communal bar-b-que which gave us a break from restaurants. I'd... more

Everything was excellent especially in view of some reviews from 2007 read on Orbitz (where I booked my stay). My room was the next but one to the entrance so I had no problems with bringing my luggage upstairs (somebody had mentioned there were no elevators). I loved the style, the room was very clean and cozy, and the breakfast... more

My family of four was delighted with our stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel. Although it's obviously an older building (not that I see anything wrong with that) the owners have done a great job of keeping it maintained. Our one bedroom apartment wasn't fancy, but it was roomy and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the... more

It was only three miles from Disneyland and was walking distance to a playground and grocery store. It was quiet at night with only the sound of the waterfall pond outside our room. Jill from the sister hotel help tremendously with getting our accommondations. Manni, the hotel manager was always available and helpful. Enjoyed the simple breakfast in the morning.... more

Our stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Anaheim was without a doubt a positive experience. Our needs/wants were met with customer service of the highest level. We were given printouts of directions while and optimized travel routes while we ran up to our room. We were never met with a poor attitude and every single person we came into... more

After reading the widely-varying reviews on this hotel, my husband and I decided to give it a shot for a recent just-the-two-of-us escape to Disneyland. I'm going to report our experience here in the hopes that a more balanced review might be of use to others who are deciding whether or not to take a chance on this place. The... more

We stayed her for 5 nights. At time of booking we were told our Garden suite would have a full sofa. We arrived and the room had a weird smell don't know what it is. There was no sofa. Housekeeping is terrible. Sheets were not changed once even after asking twice. They barely leave you any towels. Beautiful landscaping but... more

Avoid room 127 if you stay here. It was on the end of the cleaning rotation. Not once in 4 days did we get new towels or new cups. The tissues and bathroom tissue were not replenished. Parking is horrid on the east end of the property and wifi doesn't extend out of the main building. That said, the rooms... more

My husband and I stayed at the Lemon Tree hotel for one night in early April 2008. The lobby was clean and inviting and the room was large and relaxing. We were very happy with the size of both the room and bathroom. We were also very happy with the proximity to the Honda Center. I would definately stay here... more
