This officially 5-star hotel was fancy some time ago. Presently it is poorly ran. The service is bad and the maintenance is pathetic. We stayed there 3 days out of choice. We stayed in this hotel for two nights as part of our organized tour. The rooms were nice--not what I expected for a five-star hotel--but nice enough.
