I once stayed in another hotel in Taipei, and it was disappointing. When I saw the exterior of the Welcome Hotel, I braced myself and prepared for the worst. But I was totally wrong. The hotel is very clean and modern. Was very happy with the overall stay. I did not expect such a high standard from a 3 star hotel.
