This is the most disgracefull hotel I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. There is no heat, blankets have to be asked for, The hotel advertises, in room safes, jacuzzi, coffee shop, business centre. None of these things exist, the staff are rude and any complaints are met with the comments, its not their problem. One small grey towel... more

I stayed in this hotel for a day with hotel arranged for airport pick up/drop. The quality was visible from the point when I stepped in the van for airport pickup. It was stinking and too old for a first impression. Never attempted going in any of these restaurants, don’t think it will be any better. The van which was... more
