A loud peruvian music playing in the bar next to the lobby drives you crazy.Tried to have lunch and though there were plenty of empty tables next to the beautiful view was given one (that I declined )behind a plant .Clean ,nice rooms but no character. more

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was situated right on the water and across from an upscale outdoor mall with lots of dining selections. In a safe part of town, which is very important in Lima. Service was impeccable and the buffet breakfast was very good. Rooms were large, quite, and nice bathrooms. more

The Marriot has to be one of the best hotels in Lima........... a city full of excellent hotels. We stayed in a junior suite on a high floor. It was very luxurious and huge. We enjoyed our stay. Located on the waterfront, we had a fantastic view from our room, with quick access to the water, shopping and fun (gambling). What can I say, this is a Marriott. Excellent hotel. Great bit of luxury at the start of our holiday and again at the end. We're stayed on Marriott Rewards Points and had an executive room, as such it was just amazing. Way too expensive for normal travelling but great for that bit of comfort. more
