“Good as home, but not luxurious”

Stayed there during a business trip. Can say that the quality was just a homy quality, not luxurious. Can't blame it, as it's just a service apartment. Anyhow, I found it nice to stay as the location is quite strategic, you can find a bus stop and taxi stand just by the gate. Staffs are nice, they can't speak English... more

Citadines XInghai was probably one of the not so fantastic hotel under Ascott Grp. Firstly, their bathroom amenities was miserly (only provided toothbrush, tooth paste, shampoo and soap), there was no hair conditioner, body lotion or a decent comb in sight. The room or so called service apartment is quite plain (something like a 1 bedroom HDB flat in Singapore) but it come with LCD TV, Hi-Fi System and there is also a small kitchen with cooking facilities.
