I stayed at the Hotel Hill View for 3 weeks during a business trip in Feb. 2006. My first room had its share of issues- the toilet leaked, there were roaches, the phone did not work properly, and it smelled funny. I spent over 2 weeks here while visiting a friend who works in the area. The location is very bad if you want to be near Delhi.
