This Ritz is well located on Camelback in Phoenix. for what tht's worth, Camelback is an endless array of shopping malls. The value to that is that you can drop your rental car there without getting hammered by the hotel valet. The Ritz Carlton provided excellent service and a comfortable, but nothing special, room at an expensive price. The only word that I can think of for our room and bathroom is "standard". Don't stay here if you're looking for a hotel stay that will "wow" you. I always thought the Ritz should stand out as special, but it doesn't here.... more
