This Holiday Inn was great. It’s been recently remodeled so the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. This hotel would be perfect if they did something about the parking situation. If you aren’t able to snag one of the 20 spaces available in front of the property you have to park about a block away in the Radisson parking garage. It’s... more

We ended up here after a flight issue at Sky Harbor-Phoenix. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes away and about a $25 cab ride. There is no shuttle from the airport. We booked two rooms. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk folks were friendly. We had to wait for one of the rooms to be cleaned because we wanted... more

Wow... Where to begin... I travel alot because of my ACN business and also take care of all the hotel bookings for hundreds of people in my ACN business. We just came back from Phoenix convention and the owner M. PATEL gave us ABOVE AND BEYOND service in every way possible. From all the hotels my group And I have... more

I just returned to Chicago from Pheonix. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Midtown for the Superbowl. The property just opened after a renovation and I must say it was tastefully done - modern and simple. Of course when something is brand new there are always glitches. The rooms are on the small side and do not have much of... more

I was in PHX checking out some hotels to stay during the Super Bowl for my company. I stopped into Holiday Inn Midtown and spoke with the Director of Sales, Jim. The entire facility is under construction. It will be open on January 1, 2008 and will be ready for the Super Bowl. I asked about a connection fee for... more

I used this hotel during a recent business trip to Phoenix. At check-in, I was surprised to learn that I would have to pay an additional $24 to connect the phone service to my room. I chose not to pay, and didn't use the phone in my room -- quite an inconvenience. Overall, I'd say that the Holiday Inn Phoenix... more

I did a priceline bid winning $32 per night plus tax and fees for two nights. It was two nights too longs. Room in the back of the hotel, no ice in the ice machines, AC worked, but sounded like I was on a jet, room was worn and bathroom had cracks in the tile and had a look of... more

I booked this hotel through Priceline, and after reading a couple of negative reviews was a little apprehensive, wondering what kind of "dump" it would be (according to the reviews). I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff was courteous and helpful, the room was clean and well-kept, as were the pool area and exercise... more

This hotel has a number of rooms which face a bare wall and have NO view; the wall is literally just a few feet from the window in some rooms. Buyer beware, ask for an unobstructed room or you'll be sittin' in the dark! Other than that, it's a decent middle of the road hotel if you get a good... more

This Holiday Inn has a fairly convenient location in a good neighbourhood near the Heard Museum (not quite walking distance but the Heard has free parking). The exterior is nothing special, but our room was just fine. No amenities such as coffee, etc., but the restaurant in the parking lot provided a good dinner and breakfast at a reasonable price.... more
