This is the worst Hyatt Regency I have ever stayed at. The hotel rooms do not have the new "Hyatt Beds" and Egyptian towels. Our room looked like a throw back from the 80's. Bathroom was very small. Hotel needs renovation to get back to Regency standards. more

This is my second stay at this Hyatt. It is located downtown, which is pretty dead, especially on weekends. BUT it is located within walking distance to Chase Field and US Airways Arena so it is the perfect location for attending sporting events.
