Booked in for one night, but stayed an extra night as the resort was so welcoming. Coming from a coolish Australian winter, the 117 degree heat in Scottsdale came as quite a shock. But the resort was a cool oasis - and the price was very competitive - $99 per night, plus taxes. The 5 - 7.30 happy hour was... more

Got 2 rooms from 06/27-06/30 for a priceline bid of $67 + tax and then the resort fee of $16 per night per room. All said, it was around $90 per night which seemed a good price for this resort. Rooms were large. AC worked great. Kids loved the pool. They had happy hour at the poolside bar every day... more

We used priceline and specified a 63$ per night for a 4 star in Scottsdale. I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I am used to European pricing and didnt hold out much for what we had paid. I was however more than happy with the hotel. There is a 16$ resort fee which i think is quite standard... more

Beware this hotel. Their advertised rates are just bait and switch tactics. Once you get there, the front desk thugs beat you up with demands to pay for a parking space, internet, etc. etc. The parking lot was nearly empty and although we had only one car, each room had to pay the extra fee. Dishonest. Watch out for these... more

I had to go to Scottsdale for a business meeting so I went a couple of days early for pleasure. I got it on Priceline for $125/night under the "resorts" category. I think for April in Scottsdale it was a fair price. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the Phoenix airport. It was very easy to find with GPS.... more

Hard to beat the value of this property -- we paid $80 a room recently -- but that's probably also the main reason to book here if you are a leisure traveler. No glamor or spit and polish here, but there is still a kind of worn -- and warm -- charm to the place,. The rooms are fairly large... more

I recently stayed here with my family and was very disappointed. I loved the look of the hotel and it was very well-kept. We arrived at three and our rooms weren't ready. We had to wait an hour and a half just to get in our own rooms! Once we got into them, there was even more disappointment. One of... more

This resort is a bit old, but staff very friendly and helpful. It's typically used for large groups -conferences. We stayed in the adjacent casitas next to the smaller pool. Doors to the rooms were very loud when you close them- wakes you up! Walls were very thin- you can hear your neighbors. The casitas had small veranda with chairs.... more

Although the hotel is nice, it is not designed for a couples getaway or to be pampered or relax. It is an excellent place for business conventions. The spa was more like a locker room, not at all luxurious as we usually find in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The website was deceiving. Due to a convention, the large... more

The hotel is located only 3 or so miles from the freeway. Yet it is quiet & the atmosphere relaxed. It is only 3 or so miles from Scottsdale Blvd. , the Scottsdale Mall, and old Scottsdale. The decor seems Spanish Mission. Our standard room was spacious with remodeled bathroom. There is an inviting golf course next door, which I... more
