What a joke! This resort is not worth the money. The guestrooms are extremely small (not even close to the 400 sq ft advertised) and very dull. They offer little to no ammenities. The ammenities that are offered (mini-bar) cost a fortune. $5.50 for a bottle of water! A cup of coffee was $6.00. The complimentary internet they boast on... more

WOW ... Ten pools, can I say more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The water slide was super fun, they actually have a "beach" with sand, numerous hot tubs and a beautiful and well welcomed adults only pool !!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus mister to keep you cool if you would like to sun yourself. by the pool. Many of opportunities to have drinks by the pool... more

Wonderful hotel. Helpful and friendly service. Great fitness center with a wide selection of new machines. We enjoyed the "water playground" that has about 10 pools, but be aware that with all of these amenities comes a $15 resort fee they don't tell you about until you see the bill. Our only negatives: being woken up by jackhammers and accidental... more

A beautiful hotel which we greatly enjoyed on our first two-day stay. A later, one night, stay was a disaster, however, since we had a room above the lobby where live entertainment takes place until 2 00 am - so no sleep for us as we had to rise early to get a 6 00 am flight from Phoenix. We... more

Gracious welcome on our arrival in the motor courtyard and lovely and efficient checkin We enjoyed our 3 day stay at this Hyatt resort. The sunken, open air lobby is stunning, and is a delightful place to spend a relaxing afternoon with a drink or a light meal, people watching or reading. There was live entertainment playing to a full... more

I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel until AFTER its renovation is complete in Oct. 2008. It is very outdated (cheesy 80's turquoise paint and brass everywhere). The photos online are very deceiving (most of them taken at night). Construction was going on while we were there and we were not informed this would be the case when we... more

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this Hyatt resort. The sunken, open air lobby is stunning, and is a delightful place to spend a relaxing afternoon with a drink or a light meal, people watching or reading. On the weekends, there was live entertainment there, playing to a full house. The pool areas were gorgeous and uniquely designed, There... more

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale and te hotel was beautiful. The rooms are a little outdated but we were informed the hotel is going to be doing a complete renovation and all rooms will be complete by October 2008. We even were able to see a model room and the difference is INCREDIBLE! Cant wait to go back... more

My husband got me very excited to stay at this hotel, but after my last 2 experiences staying at Ritz-Carltons out of the country, I was a little disappointed in this resort. However, I will begin with the positives: The food at SBW is highly recommended, especially the salads and you must get the salsa and chips (3 different kinds... more

My husband had a conference here for 6 days in early March. SERVICE We reserved a king room but when we got there they said only doubles were available. We mentioned that we reserved a king and the front desk said "no, you REQUESTED a king." He did say that if a king became available the next day they would... more
