Absolutely the best place to stay in Phoenix, and, no, I haven't tried any other hotels. This is old-school with old-style desert landscaping, eucalyptus and pine trees, cactus and citrus. This is a great find. We were worried by such a small number of previous trip advisor reviews and no first or second hand experience by our travel agent. This is a small, low-key resort where you feel like a welcome family member but without any intrusion on your privacy. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the patio area is a delight.
