I agree 100% with the previous review so i won't repeat it all. Just to say that there are over 600 rooms at this resort and we were shown 2 rooms both of which were at the back of the resort and had no view apart from the road. It also was a hike to the room from the hotel... more

Just got back a few days ago from four nights in the Canyon Suites (We usually stay in the casitas). For those of you who are happy with The Phoenician, just take everything you like about the place and count on about 30% better. I recently spend 4 nights at The Phoenician with my wife and 2 young daughters and highly recommend this resort. The grounds are spectacular, service at the hotel and pool is great.
