My sister and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Tempe, to attend a college related special event. The hotel was fabulous! The staff was great, the room was very nice and large. We used the swimming pool and work-out facilities. All were very nice. And the hotel was very close to the Airport, the outlet mall, and Scottsdale. I... more

My family and I have been staying in this hotel at least once a year since 1987. It is conveniently situated for Phoenix and is always clean and well kept. There is a complementary drinks service every night which is very well attended as you might imagine. The architecture is hybrid mexican and painted in attractive pastel colours with a... more

Hotel was OK but very expensive for what you get, paid about £100 with expedia, charged an extra $10 to use the internet. Hotel was OK for about £50 £60 but old fashioned and dated, not what you would expect for a £100 a night hotel. more

I am a Hilton Honor's member so i travel to Hilton properties regularly. I just got back from this hotel last night. The hotel itself is nice although the room i was in was in need of serious updating. The beds are not new or comfortable and the pillows were awful. The bathroom is dated and worn out. The room... more

We selected this Embassy Suites because they offered a promotion, the Build a Bear Program. This was a vacation for our young grand & great grandchildren under age 9. From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly and our little ones had an excellent time. The cooked to order daily breakfast was plentiful. The manager's reception had just popcorn & chips... more

This was the 4th time we have had a family reunion at this Embassy Suites. Each time we've had a gathering of about 40 people of all ages. We never miss the manager's reception, and there's plenty of space to hang out around the pool. We usually have a handful of relatives who stay at my mother's home -- they... more

This Embassy Suites hotel is more of a motel. Most quality hotels do not "smell like hotels", well my room definitely did. The staff, nightly manager's reception and morning breakfast were fine. The bed was not the new upgraded kind with fluffy mattresses and pillows and definitely showed its age. The toilet seat was old and chipped. Neither my room... more

Our house got flooded by an exploding valve so we had to stay at a hotel. Me and my wife and kids. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member, about to be a diamond. This hotel is not up to embassy standards. The evening staff seems to hate customers who complain. My wife got questioned guantanamo bay interrogation style as... more

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. My husband and I are both picky, and we were happy at this property. Perhaps some of the rooms haven't been renovated, but our suite was very attractively furnished, comfortable and spacious. The conference rooms are up to speed, the grounds are nicely landscaped, and the included hot breakfast was good (not... more
