We just returned from a hotel stay at the Sheraton over the July 4th holiday. Their location is close to the interstate so commuting is very easy. The hotel was very clean and updated. The service was impeccable. Everyone at the hotel greeted you with a great big smile. We ate dinner at the "Fire and Ice" restaurant, the food... more

We just stayed at this Sheraton property and overall, it was a good place to stay in the Phoenix area. Rates were very reasonable as well. We had a group of people staying here for a wedding, and it was Mother's day weekend as well. We upgraded to the Club level, which was a good decision with the Club room... more

I had a 2 night stay at this property while putting on a business meeting. The rooms were recently renovated and the bed was very comfortable. The property offers a nice but small exercise facility. Because I was using their meeting rooms I was able to negotiate a rate of 159.00 per night. When I tried to book direct from... more

I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for four nights through Hotwire last fall for our annual trip to Phoenix for baseball spring training. Based on the reviews I read here, I was worried about the hotel and warned my friends about it. After recently returning from that trip, I can honestly say I have no idea what people were... more

I booked a week at the Sheraton off of priceline.com. I was worried because the reviews were mixed. My wife was with me, and she is very picky. Here is what we thought: Room was nice, we were upgraded from the "priceline" room to a king bed with no problems. Looked like it had been redone recently. The bar in... more

Because of the Super Bowl, this was the closest and only hotel I could find for a business trip to Casa Grande. I belong to Starwood Hotels, and when I checked in they put me on the fourth (top) floor which is the Club Level, but never mentioned that there is a Club Lounge. Tried the lobby restaurant several times,... more

The Sheraton Phoenix Airport is located close to the airport in a quiet area opposite office complexes. We used a taxi to get to the hotel and the driver seemed almost embarassed that the journey was so short, but there is also a shuttle. Check in was fine and the room was excellent for the price. It's the sort of... more

Stayed at the Sheraton via a Priceline bid in early Jan., 2008. Older property that has been updated. Room quality was above average: comfortable bed, nice TV, quality furnishings. The bathroom was very small but updated with nice fixtures. There were a couple negatives from my visit. The restaurant was horribly understaffed and overpriced. When you're paying $10 for a... more

Thank you for the feedback. Comments are always helpful to us to improve our service levels. We do have hairdryers in all the rooms as that is a brand standard.
