We liked it. Nothing too special. The price was right and it is clean. Never having been to Monterey I booked without knowing the area. This hotel is away from the waterfront/aquarium/Cannery Row, but therefore cheaper. The road is kind of busy but I didn't hear and traffic. Breakfast is a muffin and coffee or tea.
