The Palm Springs Comfort Inn is not a resort hotel. It is a below standard roadside type motel. The outside of the building, hallways and elevator are in dire need of cleaning, painting, a remodel and basic maintenance. Stayed here 24th & 25th May 2007 very disappointing, room was very smelly and a little dated and they did not have a bar. On the upside the pool was ok and very quiet and it was in a great location for the centre of Palm Springs and they also provided a buffet breakfast which was quite good. more

Room smelled, outdated furniture from the 70s. Hotel staff curt and unhelpful. I stay in Comfort Inns across the country and am a Diamond member. This doesn't belong in their chain. Worst I've stayed at. We cancelled after the first night and moved to a Holiday Inn Express. more

Great location but old and depressing rooms. The bathroom and the vanity area okay. Bedspreads and carpet need to be replaced.
