BEST stay ever in Palm Springs. BEST service ever! The check-in person was awesome! The concierge always got us the best reservations! The poolside service was awesome! The property itself was sooooooo great! I stayed there for 3 nights. I felt so pampered the entire time I was there. My package had breakfast included, so I had breakfast every morning... more

I had not been to The Parker in 9 months and was a little worried after reading the reviews. I must concur with the writer who wrote "The Worst Staff". The Parker has lost many of their great employees - the head bartender (made the best martini's), the head concierge (one of the best in the business) and several bellmen... more

I've never had such unqualified help at a hotel that charges $400 a night. These people, including all of the management staff seem to be lost in their own little world of an unprofessional soap opera. The manager who looked like he was from the Munsters yelled at one of his employees in front of me and looked like he... more

I recently stayed at The Parker for a well-deserved SPA getaway. This was my second time at the hotel. I loved every minute of my stay. The gardens are beautiful. The spa and pool areas are so relaxing. Service was friendly and fast. All amenities are top notch. Don’t believe the bad reviews. If you are open minded and looking... more

We booked the spa package for a getaway from L.A. I can see how Jonathan Adler's decor may not be to everyone's taste, it was a perfect, romantic weekend. The grounds are beautiful with lots of nooks and crannies for stargazing, or sipping wine. After a great hike in nearby Murray Canyon (don't forget to pay for a permit), we... more

I have stayed here a few times since opening year. When this property reopened it was a fun, unique setting and decor. This lasted about 1 year. The designer, who does not warrent naming here, did a good job for a museum display. The day to day use detroyed it in about 6 months and was not replaced or kept... more

I must say I LOVE the parker! I go twice a year and it still doesn't seem like enough. I love that it feels like a true vacation! There is nothing to do there but relax and enjoy the fantastic grounds. I have never had a problem with serivce, but that might be because if you are kind are polite... more

I stayed here for an office retreat. I figured we'd be at a typical four star hotel with nice conference rooms and little character. But this place made me feel like I was a famous entertainer on a weekend escape from the paparazzi! Long on luxury, over the top with character, I would love to go back to the Parker.... more

I stayed at TheParker in January with great anticipation. This is what i found: Check-in: Desk staff very unprofessional. First I was sent to an occupied room. After returning, I was assigned another room where the key didn't work. DISMAL Concierge Desk: There was a light haired man there that didn't seem comfortable in his surroundings nor was he very... more
