We stayed here 3/6-3/13, booked thru Platinum Interchange. Finding the hotel proved to be the most frustrating part of our trip, minus the 2 layovers. Every Thursday night in Palm Springs there is a street fair. What they call Villagefest. So we got detoured around a bit. Made a wrong turn but were given directions from the front desk at... more

We arrived at the hotel late Friday night after driving from AZ. We were told by the hotel mgr (can't remember his name) that we were booked for 2 nights. We explained to him that we booked 3 nights through our timeshare and had confirmation of that. He told us that he always has problems when people book through their... more

Although this resort has been around a while, the suite where we stayed has been updated with beautiful furnishings. It was very well decorated, even with pictures on the wall and table accents. We had a unit with 1 BR and 2 BA. Everything was extremely clean, and maid service was given every day, as opposed to no maid service... more

This place has been there for many years, but it appears that it has been recently upgraded and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and available. You have two choices for rooms--i did not know that before we got there--. The main hotel is on one side of the street and the "bungalows" are on the... more

Rented a room at this large hotel for our family, who came to town for the Thanksgiving holiday. What a room - full kitchen, separate bedroom, just bring your toothbrush! More than a hotel. We loved it. Excellent staff, beautiful, located. more

We were given a timeshare weekend by a friend because my husband has terminal cancer and this will be his last New Years celebration. We were told we would be able to step out our door and he would be able to use the jacuzzi which he looked forward to because he's always cold because of the drastic weight loss.... more

The Palm Springs Tennis Club is actually divided into three sections: Hotel, Cottages and Apartments. (although all are fitted out as condominiums complete with kitchen and dining area) Each section has its own pool, spa, and free laundry facility. The front desk staff members are usually quite accomodating particularly the senior citizen employees although somewhat less so for the newer... more

Yes, it is an older property, but well taken care of. I've stayed here off and on for the past 30 years since my college days and have seen many changes. I love the location, view, restaurant, adult pool, bar and the architecture. We've always gotten great service although sometimes the front desk seems a little busy. We always are able to... more

we stayed at the tennis club for a week from the 5th june 2006. We had a lovely one bed apartment in the hotel part of the resort and even though some of the equipment in the rooms is showing its age the rooms where clean and very spacious. The adult pool was in a lovely setting and the resort... more
