Not new, and the exterior corridors are not ideal, but the room interior is very good, clean, & everything works well, including the wifi. It's just changed to a Ramada- but you'd be hard put to notice. It's an older property with no internal halls, so you hear the people next door drive up and unload their vehicle. Hampton Inn has consistently provided a quality experience for us as we travel. I am particularly fond of the large towels and the beds are great.
