About the only good things I can say about this hotel are that it is reasonably priced and the beds are comfortable. However, the staff were generally uncaring, many areas were dirty (bathtubs & the elevator in particular), there were problems with the plumbing, the coffeemaker was tiny & difficult to use, the refrigerator needed defrosting & wouldn't make ice.... more

The rooms were filthy..felt like we were in the middle of a prime-crime area...the management was rude after they'd double-charged my friend's credit card...our shower was clogged and when informed, they were slow to fix it...the shuttle was unreliable. We were only there for one evening and it was horrible! more

We booked 2 rooms for the night prior to our cruise departure for 4 adults and 3 teenage girls. Our flight from Toronto was delayed due to a snow storm.
