We were disappointed with the room and amenities at this Hyatt given the cost of the room per night. The flat screen TV (used rarely) had annoying audio static and was inconveniently placed for viewing...the bathroom sink was without a stopper (to conserve water when shaving)...the toilet was positioned almost on top of the toilet paper dispensers...there was no ice... more

We stayed here for 4 nights from 2nd May' 08. Our room was fantastic although a little expensive at $400 p/night but we had a gulf front king with a fantastic view as you can see with our photos attached. wonderful place to stay on key west. The rooms are excellent, with good facilities for disabled travellers. We had a gulf view room and the view was wonderful, great for watching the sunset and the wildlife.
