This hotel was just ok. The rooms were definitely dated and housekeeping is not up to par. There is NO wireless internet so beware if this important to you (wired hook up that has a TERRIBLE connection). The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel was so nasty! My family and I to change rooms twice. The first room smelled like a cat's liter box, and the second room had no sheets on the beds. Not to metion the rooms where out dated and were falling apart!! Please take my advice. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! more

I found the Comfort Inn on Pensacola Beach to be very comfortable for my family. They had a very child friendly pool area with volleyball and a private beach on the bay. The first room had twin beds. There was loads of body hair in one bed and a dead bug (small roach) in the other. The sheets were stained and obviously weren't washed in god knows how long. my husband myself and our 23 mo. old granddaughter just got back from a 2 night stay at this awful motel.. the floor was so filthy i did not want the baby down on it, our air did not work effeciently, the sink took 15 minutes to drain after brushing our teeth. also the pool was not heated as stated... more

I stayed at this hotel for the Labor Day weekend and the location was great and the room was ok but the bathroom is extremely small. The front office staff was very pleasant. That is the only positive thing about this motel. It is in dire need of refurbishing. The carpet was dirty, upholstered chair had a cigarette burn, bathroom tile was black with mildew and mold and the bathroom door frame was held together with duct tape! more
